At Aster & Rowe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order or if you ordered the wrong size, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.
General Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China. The exact return address will be provided after contacting our customer service team. Any international shipping costs, customs duties, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What Conditions Apply?
Products ordered by mistake may be returned, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping your return package with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Can I Return an Item Without Contacting You First?
No, please contact us before returning your item. The return address may be different from the address from which your original order was shipped.
My Order Is Damaged — What Should I Do?
Please send us a photo or short video clearly showing the damage or quality issue, preferably on a flat surface, so that both the brand logo and the defect are visible. This information helps us process your claim quickly and improve our quality control. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the damaged product.
Returns in 4 Simple Steps
- Send an email to info@asterandrowe.com to request your return and receive return instructions.
- Carefully read the return conditions before shipping the product to our return address.
- Securely package the item and make sure the parcel includes a tracking number.
- Ship your order to the provided return address. Once your return has been approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Replacement in 4 Simple Steps
- Send an email to info@asterandrowe.com with photos or a short video of the defective product and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review the product based on your images or video.
- Once approved, we will send you a replacement product.
- Our customer service team will provide tracking information for the new shipment.
Refunds
After receiving your return and confirming that the products are unused and undamaged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Please contact us after shipping your return and provide the tracking information so we can begin processing your refund. The amount will be refunded within 10 business days after the return has been approved.
