Shipping & Delivery

We process your order within 1–3 business days from Monday to Friday. Delivery then takes 4–9 business days. In total, you will usually receive your order within 5–12 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will inform you.

No, shipping is always free, regardless of the order amount.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package through our tracking page on the website.

Yes, this is possible if the package has not yet been shipped. Please send an email to info@asterandrowe.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the address.

Orders are prepared for shipment shortly after confirmation. For this reason, they cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has started.

However, you can always contact our customer service team with your order number. We will check whether your order has already been processed and do our best to help you.

Payments

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Your payment will be charged immediately when you place your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been completed.

We use SSL technology to encrypt your information, including credit card details. Shopify Payments follows strict security standards, including PCI-DSS compliance, to ensure that your payment information is handled securely.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. The return must be requested in advance; returns without prior request will not be processed.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, complete with the original packaging and tags.

Send an email to info@asterandrowe.com within 14 days, including your order number and the products you would like to return. We will then send you the return instructions.

After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued within 10 business days using your original payment method.

Orders & Order Management

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. We process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We do our best to deliver on time. However, in the event of unexpected issues, such as weather conditions or shipping delays, we will inform you as soon as possible and work to find a suitable solution.
